Information for Faculty

Faculty members are invited to process in the New Student Convocation on Friday, August 22, 2025, at 4 p.m. in Wait Chapel.

All processing faculty should meet in front of Zick’s on Hearn Plaza in regalia no later than 3:45 p.m. If you need to borrow regalia, please request it when you register. Regalia pick-up will take place on Thursday, August 21, from 1 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. in the Green Room on the first floor of Reynolda Hall.

Confirm your attendance by registering by Monday, August 18.

Academic regalia is required for faculty processing. If you would like to borrow a robe and mortar board please indicate it here by Monday, August 18th. Pick up is Thursday, August 21st, between 1 p.m.-2:30.m. in the Green Room on the first floor of Reynolda Hall.
